Freeze-dried Pomegranate 40g

The pomegranate is the fruit of the pomegranate tree, which is found mainly in the Mediterranean. One fruit contains up to 600 tiny juicy seeds. It is not easy to extract them from the firm flesh. If you don't want to waste time peeling and like a more tart taste, reach for freeze-dried pomegranate seeds. They are literally packed with vitamins and thanks to freeze-drying, the seeds have retained their typical ruby colour and pleasant sour taste.

Pomegranate seeds are suitable for vegetable and fruit salads, spreads, porridge or yoghurt. 

How to store freeze-dried fruit:

Freeze-dried fruits should be stored at room temperature in their original bag, which you can carefully seal or transfer to a resealable container. This way, the fruit will stay crisp and retain its shape for longer.
