How to store freeze-dried fruit: Freeze-dried fruit should be stored at room temperature in the original bag, which you close carefully or you can pour it into a resealable container. Thanks to this, the fruit will remain crunchy and retain its shape for a longer time. A half-opened bag or container will cause the fruit to draw moisture from the air into itself, which will cause it to soften. But soft fruit doesn't mean you have to throw it away. On the contrary, you can use it as before, add it, for example, when baking or cover it with hot water and make an excellent tea out of it.
