Strawberries are the fruit of the large-fruited strawberry bush, which was bred from the wild strawberry bush. Thanks to gentle freeze-drying ( lyophilization), you can now enjoy them all year round! 

Freeze-dried strawberries are light, fragrant and beautifully crisp. They soften on contact with water or moisture and return to almost their original state.

Use

Freeze-dried fruit can be eaten on its own or added to smoothies, muesli, yoghurt, porridge, tea and baking. You can even experiment with them in the RAW cuisine.
