Large, juicy and dark red. These are sweet Bing cherries from Bulgaria. To preserve maximum nutrients, the ripe fruit is de-stemmed and dried at low temperatures. This way you can fully enjoy their naturally sweet taste.

In addition to direct consumption, you can use dried cherries as an alternative to raisins - add them to gingerbread, cakes and strudels when baking. They are also great in dried fruit mixes.
