Macadamia nuts are the fruit of the evergreen macadamia tree native to eastern Australia. The macadamia nut earned its name from its discoverer, John Macadam. It is not only its delicious taste that makes macadamia nuts the most sought-after on the market. This is matched by the high price, which is definitely worth the investment. They have a wonderful sweet taste and are nutritionally rich, especially in fat, which they contain the most of any nut (up to 75%).

We use our macadamia nuts to make the delicious macadamia cream we have on offer.
