For this mix, we chose roasted hazelnuts. Dry roasting without added fat is the gentlest way to enhance their naturally sweet flavour and characteristic nutty aroma while preserving their nutritional value. The fruit-and-nut blend is completed by unblanched Nonpareil almonds and cashew nuts from West Africa, which add smoothness and balance to the mix.
