Wildflower honey is a blend of many flowers harvested at different times of the year, giving it a unique flavour with each new harvest. Wildflower honey tastes sweeter than wildflower honey, giving the body energy faster while containing negligible amounts of fat. The greater floral diversity gives raw honey more active ingredients than single-variety honey.
Floral honey crystallises naturally. When liquefying honey, it should not be heated to more than 40 °C to avoid losing its valuable substances.
TIP: Due to the higher amount of natural simple sugar, which gives the body quick energy, I recommend it just for a spoonful, for example to athletes during physical exercise and students during the exam period.
