In the heart of the pure landscape of the Low Jeseník and Litovelské Pomoraví, in places almost untouched by human hands, are the beehives of the Kubeš Honey Manufactory. This family beekeeping was founded with a passion for beekeeping and respect for nature. Since 2022, hundreds of bee colonies have been cared for here, which have access to a variety of nectar from meadows, forests and orchards. Every step - from tending the bees to bottling the honey - is managed with the utmost attention to detail and attention to quality.
One of the treasures of this manufactory is the paste honey. This is created by gently treating the flower honey to a fine, creamy consistency. Thanks to this, it spreads easily, does not crystallise and does not flow. The whitish colour and delicious taste make a slice of bread a delight.
Usage:
- the fine consistency invites spreading on bread, pancakes or pancakes
- dissolves perfectly even in warm drinks
- can also be used in cosmetics when preparing homemade face masks
Do you know what pasting is?
Paste is a completely gentle treatment of flower honeys that would otherwise quickly crystallise. In Kubeš's honey manufactory, these honeys are treated for 3-4 days by stirring them occasionally at a stable temperature. The result is a creamy consistency with opalescent colour highlights. To avoid breaking a spoon in the morning on the hardened honey.
