All varieties of green and black teas come from the Camellia sinensis plant, including our royal emerald green Matcha tea. It is the best form of green tea not only because of the difficulty of production, but mainly because of its beneficial effects on the body. Matcha green tea is specially grown, harvested and then selected. Thanks to fermentation, no nutrients are lost and only premium tea leaves make it to the final grinding stage. Preparation instructions

The preparation of Matcha tea is a ceremonial ritual that is subject to strict rules. For a classic tea ceremony you will need: a bamboo spoon, a bamboo whisk and a ceramic bowl. When preparing it, it is important to avoid metal utensils, which destroy the beneficial substances.

Traditional ceremony tea:

Place 1 bamboo teaspoon of Matcha tea (1g) in a bowl and pour 80 ml of hot water (max. 70 °C) over it. Whisk with a bamboo whisk until thick and serve immediately. 

In a cold shaker:

Mix 2-4 g of powder in a shaker with cold water for a delicious refreshing drink.
