Quality flower honey from a small bee farm in Southern Moravia. This popular natural sweetener must not be missing in any household. Everyone remembers honey-flavoured tea or bread with butter and honey from their childhood.

Flower honey is easily digestible due to its content of simple sugars glucose and fructose. It contains pollen grains from various plants, which enrich the honey with important natural substances. Floral honey comes from the flowers of fruit trees and meadows.

Flower honey crystallises naturally. When the honey is liquefied, it should not be heated to more than 40-50 °C.

Use

Suitable for flavouring hot drinks, in baking dough or to sweeten cereal porridges. You can also use honey in savoury cooking - add a spoonful to dressings, marinades for barbecues or sauces.
