Chia are tiny seeds of the Hispanic sage native to the mountainous regions of Central America. Thanks to their high protein and fibre content, they are not only suitable for athletes who can perform better thanks to the unique nutritional composition of chia seeds. The Aztecs were already aware of their effects and therefore included them regularly in their diet. Chia seeds have a slightly nutty taste and form a gel-like consistency when soaked.

Instructions for chia pudding:

Mix a tablespoon of chia seeds with 200 ml of vegetable milk (we recommend coconut milk), add a tablespoon of honey and let it sit for 30 minutes. You can eat the chia pudding on its own, with fruit or add it to pancakes.
