The most nutritious are the leaves, which can be eaten both raw and dried. Moringa is naturally dried in nets in the sun to avoid losing precious ingredients. The dry leaves are then ground and crushed into a very fine green powder.
The moringa leaf powder has a delicious slightly pungent taste. It is suitable for all those who require an increased supply of nutrients (micronutrients) - athletes, vegans, vegetarians, the elderly and children. Moringa is a source of many vitamins, minerals and proteins. In addition, the nutrients are represented in the perfect ratio that the human body can use and absorb to the maximum.
Our moringa is of organic quality. It is processed in a very gentle way and does not contain GMO ingredients.
Use
2 teaspoons (4 g) 1-2 times a day.
TIPS
Moringa can be enjoyed in the form of a delicious drink by mixing the powder with 150-200 ml of cold or hot water (up to 90 °C), or you can add the powder to porridge, smoothie, salad or soup.
