CHOCS is a synonym for masterfully wrapped fruits in the highest quality chocolate. This time we targeted raspberries from Serbian orchards. After ripening, they are dried using the lyophilization method, or freeze drying. Thanks to this, the raspberries retain not only most of their nutrients, but also their full taste, color, aroma and, as a bonus, they are beautifully crunchy. Next is the selection of quality chocolate.

At NATU, we use chocolate made from cocoa beans from Ecuador to coat the fruit. Here in the Santo Domingo De Los Tsachilas area is the family farm of Cedeño Aguilar. Our single origin chocolate is characterised by a full flavour with fruity notes and vanilla pieces.

Now imagine combining these two ingredients - fragrant raspberries and our white chocolate, in a word, perfection. After the first taste, you'll love CHOCS as much as we do.
