Butters and nut creams - Recommended

Enrich your dishes in terms of taste and nutrition by adding some of the ingredients in this category. Our nut creams are ground in a gentle way that allows them to retain most of their nutrients. You will find both single and flavoured varieties.

Single-variety butters are composed entirely of nuts and contain no added substances - no sugars, salt or flavourings. Flavoured butters also contain purely natural ingredients, sweetened with agave or coconut nectar.

A big hit is Ghee clarified butter, which can be used wherever you would use any other fat. It has a high smoke point, so it doesn't burn and produce substances that are harmful to the body.
