Introducing our collection of protein pasta with high vegetable protein content. They are made exclusively from legumes! They do not contain soy and are naturally gluten-free. This makes them popular with vegans, athletes and people who are gluten intolerant. You can choose from four different types of pasta, each made with a different type of legume (chickpeas, peas, red lentils and a mix of legumes). Due to the lengthy preparation process, legumes are often missing from the diet. This makes legume pasta the ideal solution. They taste great, are easy to prepare and you can easily keep your protein intake under control.

The pasta is made from 100% chickpea flour grown in Italy, the cradle of pasta. They have an intense legume flavour and you can experiment with them in the kitchen.

Recommended preparation

Place the desired amount of pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the finished pasta and serve.

TIPS

Mix conchiglie with broccoli, garlic, olive oil and a little chilli and you have a light vegan meal ready in minutes.
