This high quality dark chocolate in the form of chips is made from Ecuadorian cocoa beans and contains at least 70% cocoa solids. The single origin label indicates that the chocolate chips have been made from cocoa beans from only one region. This makes the chocolate taste completely unique and contains flavour notes that are specific to that region.
The rich flavour of the chocolate chips is further enhanced by the fact that the chips do not contain lecithins or flavourings. Only cocoa beans, cane sugar and cocoa butter are included in the ingredients.
