Naše blogerka Péťa Běhalová je maminkou tříletého chlapečka. Po porodu se začala zajímat o zdravou stravu a pohyb, díky čemuž zhubla 49 kg zdravou cestou. Pro vás si připravila svůj oblíbený recept plný bílkovin a komplexních sacharidů, který zasytí, a zároveň uspokojí chuťové buňky.
Vločky, mléko, protein, arašídové máslo a karob dáme do hrnce a necháme vařit do zhoustnutí. Poté směs přemístíme do misky, posypeme směsí lyo ovoce, zalijeme rozpuštěnou hořkou čokoládou, posypeme kokosovými chipsy, lyo jahodami a dáme ztuhnout do ledničky. Dobrou chuť.
