Připravili jsme si pro vás recept na karobovo-mandlové proteinové kuličky, které vyžadují jen 5 ingrediencí, jsou jednoduché na přípravu, uspokojí chutě na sladké, skvěle doplní energii a také si je můžete vzít všude s sebou. Dobrou chuť!
Mandle dáme do mixéru a rozmixujeme je na jemnou mouku. Přidáme všechny zbylé ingredience a mixujeme, dokud nevznikne lepkavá směs. Směs přemístíme do mísy a vytvoříme kuličky, které případně ještě obalíme v karobu nebo strouhaném kokosu. Na závěr kuličky dáme na 30 min do mrazáku a poté můžeme podávat.
